Preconstruction
We do the hard work up front: feasibility review, detailed scopes, selections & specifications, RFQ package prepared for trades/suppliers, and a preliminary schedule. This eliminates surprises and gives you clarity before construction begins.
Build
With decisions made and documents in place, the build phase runs efficiently. Clean sites, respectful crews, and organized coordination—executed to the standards you expect.
Completion
Final walkthrough, documentation, and handover. After every project, we conduct a post-mortem review to capture lessons learned and keep raising the bar.
