A simple, plain-language outline of what should happen next and in what order, design, investigations, approvals, and

construction so you understand the path from “idea” to “ready to build.”

Action list / next steps checklist
A clear, prioritized list of decisions and actions for you (and, where applicable, your designer) to move the project forward

with confidence.

Meeting summary & email recap
A written summary of key points, ranges, and decisions from the session, sent by email so you have a record you can share

with family members or your design team.
